What you’ll need
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Butter (or oil)
Cooking the chicken: add chix breasts to an oiled pan heated to medium high heat. Sprinkle with s&p.
Cook for 4-5 minutes (depends on thickness) on one side before flipping and finishing on the other.
Making the sandwich: Heat a pan over medium heat.
Add chicken + cheese to a slice of bread. Top with the other bread slice. Spread butter/oil on top.
Add butter (or oil) to the pan, placing the non-buttered side of the sandwich face down.
Cook both sides until golden brown and cheese has melted.
