Slice your beef in a thin slices , I want my stuffing to be cheesy beef slices

Slice your onions, you can also add some bell pepper

To make the cannelloni dough mix (egg,milk,salt,flour, black pepper,oil)

Start mixing until the mixture is very smooth and all combined

In a nonstick pan wipe it with butter, start pouring the mixture depends on how thick you like it

Flip it when starts bubbling and get a golden color

And ready , I like it big and medium thick

Beef is ready , I will add some corn

Add béchamel sauce then cheese ,move it to the oven for 5 minutes at 450f ,to melt the cheese
