3 legged downward dog. Pull knee to chest, tap knee to upper arms, place foot btwn hands, low lunge.

Place hands to frame front foot, bring back foot to meet. Tadasana, prayer, deep forward fold.

Come to a flat back position, hands to ground jump back. Chataranga, Updog, downward dog.

3 legged dog, 3 legged chataranga, updog, downdog. Repeat on the other side.
