10 oz. Dark Chocolate

Melt and pour onto a parchment lined baking sheet.

Spread the chocolate evenly with an offset spatula.

Sprinkle the chocolate with Shan Himalayan Pink Salt, Pistachios and Edible Dried Rose Petals.

Finally a sprinkle of freshly cracked cardamom and pop it in the freezer to harden!

Once hardened, pull out of freezer.

Break into small bark pieces.

Set on a platter.
