Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

What you’ll need
1 lb
Ground Chicken
3/4 tsp
Salt

Green Onion, Chopped
1/2 cup
Panko Bread Crumbs
2 Tbsp
Olive Oil
1 Tbsp for meatballs, 3/4 cup for sauce
Frank’s Red Hot, Original
1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder

Garlic Cloves, Grated
1/4 tsp
Paprika
1 stick
Unsalted Butter
Combine chicken, breadcrumbs, salt, paprika, green onion, garlic, olive oil, & hot sauce with hands.

Roll into 1.5” meatballs and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 F for 15-20 mins.

Melt the butter over medium heat, remove from the heat and whisk in hot sauce and garlic powder.

Drizzle the sauce over meatballs or dip them. Serve with carrots, celery and blue cheese dressing.
