Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

Cauliflower Rice
1/2 cup
Buffalo Sauce
8 ounces (at room temperature)
Cream Cheese
1.5 pounds (cooked & shredded)
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

Buffalo Sauce
8 ounces (at room temperature)
Cream Cheese
8 ounces, shredded
Sharp Cheddar Cheese
optional garnish
Fresh Parsley (optional, garnish)
Shred the cooked chicken.

Combine chicken, cauliflower, buffalo sauce, cream cheese & 1/2 of the cheddar in a med baking dish.

Top with remaining cheddar, cover with foil, and bake at 375F for 25min. Remove foil and bake 10min.

Drizzle on extra buffalo sauce, if desired.

Garnish with minced parsley, if desired.
