What you’ll need
1 whole Head
Cauliflower Florets
1 tsp.
Paprika
Coconut Oil Cooking Spray
For dipping
Vegan Ranch
1/2 cup
AP Flour
2 tsp.
Garlic Powder
1/2 cup
Hot Sauce
1/2 Tbsp.
Fresh lemon juice
1/2 - 1 cup
Water
To Taste
Pink Himalayan salt (or sea salt) And Ground Black Pepper

Vegan Butter
Celery & Carrots
Cut cauliflower into florets and place in zip lock bag. Pre heat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit

Whisk flour, water, garlic powder and paprika in a bowl until batter is smooth.

Add cauliflower to batter and toss to coat.

Spread cauliflower on baking sheet in a single layer, season with salt and pepper. Bake for 25 min.

Mix together butter, hot sauce and lemon juice. Toss baked cauliflower and bake for 15 more minutes!
