Wash and dry tomatoes.

Chop tomatoes into quarters.

Transfer to a bowl & add 1/2 tsp kosher salt, and 1 tbsp minced garlic(or less depending on taste)

Add 2 tbsp EVOO

Add 1 tbsp basil and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. (Fresh preferred but use what you have)

Mix and chill 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips, or crusty bread. Or top angel hair pasta and serve!
