Microwave the riced cauliflower and broccoli for 6 minutes in a bowl covered with plastic wrap.

Dump onto a towel. Let cool. Squeeze out all the excess water. Place into a medium bowl.

Add cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and egg. Mix well to combine.

Form into 12 evenly sized patties in any shape you like.

Bake at 400F for 10 minutes. Flip and bake 5-10 minutes or until golden brown.
