Freely sketch a circle and curved line for the neck and head
1
Bring down two lines on each side to create the feather tail outline
2
Paint the head and neck of the peacock
3
Use a lighter color for the “belly” area
4
Using dabs of black and white paint create the feather texture next to the belly
5
Freely sketch lines down the tail to create your base. The bottom section has smaller lines
6
Begin adding circles all over tail to become the “eyes” in the tail
7
Starting with the outline, cover your background
8
Add light blue dots inside circles
9
Use a darker blue to cover half of the small light blue dots
10
With green paint, begin adding small angled lines on each side of the previously sketched lines
11
You can add any color to the tail using the same direction. Make it as colorful as you want
12
Add a blue section on top of the head with dark blue, then use the lighter blue for a second layer
13
With light blue, add highlights to neck and head
14
Add a small dot for the eye
15
Add dark outline to the front of the peacock to bring contrast and color in the peak with gray
16
Optional: add orange highlights to the circles in the tail
17
Add white highlights to the body, around the eye, and connect the blue on top of the head
18
Add two small dots to the eye
19
Optional: create two light curved lines for legs and add outline on left and light on right of each
20
Add extras to your background (lines, dots, textures) and sign!
