Sit cross legged on the floor. Palms down, fingers interlaced, thumb tips touching.

Arms above head and slightly bent. Focus on swift exhales while you pump navel in to spine.

Inhale occurs naturally. Start at 1 min & work up to 3 min. To finish take a full inhale/exhale.
