Stay straight and protect your lower back by maintaining control

Don’t bend, stay straight

Reset as needed when incorporating this exercise

Improve range of motion if you can’t lift above your head

Now you’re ready for the Thruster

Transfer the power from your legs
9
Fewer reps, focus on quality
10
No more than 15 reps per set
11
Own the Thruster for at least 5 reps before moving forward
