Add coconut oil, coconut sugar, peanut butter, aquafaba, salt and baking powder to a bowl. Stir.

Add almond flour. Mix until well combined.

Add chocolate chips and fold into the cookie dough to incorporate.

Scoop and roll the dough into balls. Slightly flatten while aligning in a 3x5 grid on a paper plate.

Press the cookie dough pieces together so that they are snug and evenly distributed.

Trim off excess paper to keep dough from sliding. Store in a ziploc bag and freeze until baking.

When ready to bake, place desired # of cookie dough pieces on baking sheet. Bake 350F for 15 min.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Enjoy!
