Squat Press + Squat Jump . Press knees out into band. Keep weight in heels & outer edge of foot.

Heel Press. Wrists under shoulders, abs in, squeeze glutes, draw shoulder blades away from ears.

Single Arm Lat Pulls. Draw shoulder blade down your back.

Mountain Climbers. Keep band wide around foot to prevent rolling.
4
Walking Plank to Push-up. Keep wrists in line below shoulders.
5
High Knees. Keep a wide stance so band doesn’t roll.
