Blackened Salmon Wraps

Prepare your ingredients before you begin.

Blend together avocado, lime juice, 1T olive oil and agave until smooth.

Toss with shredded cabbage in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Set aside.

Season salmon with the blackening season until coated.

Heat 1T oil in a skillet over high. Add salmon. Cook 2 min, flip, cook 2-3 min until it flakes easy.

Remove from skillet and flake with a fork.

To assemble wraps, add 1/2 cup slaw to the center of each tortilla.

Divide salmon over the top of the slaw. Fold one side over, tuck in two sides, then roll to seal.

Cut in half, if desired. Enjoy!
