Fresh Blackberries

5 Apples
120g (or use 60g butter + 60g coconut oil)
Organic Butter
1 teaspoon
Ground Cinnamon

Organic Coconut Sugar

Apple & Elderflower Juice

Pick some delicious blackberries

Pick some juicy apples

Layer the blackberries, sliced apple and then sultanas... pour over a cup of fruit juice

Sprinkle a teaspoon of cinnamon (giggling child in the background is highly recommended 😂)

Later the butter in 4 or 5 chunks

Pop granola and sugar in a bowl. Mix.

Pour in the butter (or butter/coconut oil combo). We softened ours in Bain a Marie first. Mix well.

Later the crumble mix over the fruit base

Pop in the oven at 180 for 35mins... until golden on the top

Assemble a gaggle of friends and share xxx. (This particular crumble won Sunday’s pudding war 🏆)
