Barre (to hold for balance
Point your standing leg and toe to barre. Pick up leg pull the knee to chest. Kick out and retract

Repeat step one with 1 hand on the barre. Other hand should be by your face.
2. Repeat step one with 1 hand on the barre. Other hand should be by your face.

Repeat step 2 with only the pinky finger or no hand on the barre.
3. Repeat step 2 with only the pinky finger or no hand on the barre.
