2 Cups Of Warm Milk
1 tsp
Dried Parsley
1 tbsp
Vegetable oil (For The Pan)
Start knitting(flour,salt,sugar,oil, yeast)by adding the milk slowly until you have a sticky dough

It should be like this,add some oil so it doesn’t dry shape it as a ball

Cover it and let it rest for 1 hour , until we prepare the stuffing

Let’s mince the onion,garlic, tomato,jalapeños, filter the liquid

Filter the water then add it to the meat,and mix it very well

add salt,black pepper,ginger,cinnamon and mix it well

Divide the beef mix and add the jalapeño,some dried parsley(optional) so you have spicy,mild mixes

You can also make Zaater and olive oil, Laban with black seeds, will be perfect with this dough

The dough is ready,start cut it and with your fingers try to flat it as thin as you can

Add the beef mix press and try to flat it,add the mix all the way to the edges

Continue with the same way,you can add some oil to the pan for easy flatting

Same with the zaater mix by using the spoon

And here is the labana mix , preheat the oven at 450f and let’s bake them

Smells so yummy,bake it until it’s golden brown from the bottom then open the broiler

And ready , so juicy, delicious and perfectly cooked,soft from the middle with crunchy edges
