Kabab Mix
1 tbsp
Ghee
1 piece
Coal
Foil
ground lamb meat(70%meat,30%lean),onion,garlic,red bell pepper,parsley,salt,black pepper,paprika

Start shaping the Kabab by using any kitchen’s Utensils like Knife sharpener

And carefully place them in a tray,I added parchment paper so they don’t stick

Continues he rest of the mix,then move them to the freezer for 10 minutes,for easy grilling

First brush the grill with a little oil and place your kabab in it

Now flip them when they are golden brown, and they are in a medium heat so they don’t burn

Keep flipping them until they are in this perfect color from all the sides

Heat the coal from all sides ,it will take 2 minutes

While the kabab is getting ready,use a foil and shape it as a bowl,add the ghee

Add your ghee bowl to your grill,hot coal, will start smoking cover it and turn off the heat

Add some pita bread for a great yummy grilling taste

And ready , so yummy and juicy , and definitely easy
