Spring onion

1/2 Chopped Onion
Slice
Sweet Peppers
Gather ingredients and prepare them. Chop onions, slice spring onion, grate cheese etc

In a small pan heat a little butter with 1/2 a teaspoon of oil. Cook the onions and spring onion

Add peppers, sweet corn and sausage and fry

Crack eggs. Add salt, pepper and a splash of milk

Mix well

To a hot frying pan add butter and oil

Add egg mix to hot pan and swirl pan until all of the bottom is covered in egg. Leave for 30s to set

Add pre-cooked filling to egg base and sprinkle with cheese
8
Wiggle the pan to release the egg base and with a spatula fold the omelette in half
9
Leave omelette in pan to gain a little bit of colour and serve
