4th Position: legs will be crossed with about a foot distance away from the back foot.h
4th Position arms: typically the arm that is overhead is same side as the leg in front.
Demi Plié in 4th. Knees track over the toes making a diamond shape. Heels stay on the ground.
5th position & 5th Demi Pliés: legs externally rotated(turned out) and crossed. Toe and heel touch.
Grand Plié 4th: bend the knees & bring the pelvis as low as possible. Weight in-between both feet.
Grand Plié 5th Position: deep bend in the knees. Knees over toes. Heels will lift a little bit.
