Ghee
1 Fresh lemon juice
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Kolaj cream:2 cups of milk ,one can of cream ,4 tbsp of corn starch, 1 tbsp of sugar, till thickness

To make the syrup:2 cups of sugar, 1 cup of water,1 lemon , 1/4 Tsp vanilla powder , boil for 7 min

For stuffing, nuts , 1/4 tsp sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, worm ghee & butter(1 min in microwave),dough.

Let's stuff and shape the baklava

Let's stuff the kolaj

baklava will need more ghee for the layers, to oven on 300f for 25mins or till it's golden

Once it's out, it the ghee drains and add the syrup

So crispy and soft 😋
