How toBacon, Eggs, and Asparagus

What you’ll need
200g (about 8 regular slices)
Bacon
To taste
Pepper
100g (2 bunches)
Asparagus
To Taste
Salt
1/4 tsp
Ground Thyme
400g (8)
Large Eggs
Preheat oven to 475 degrees F

In 18 inch by 12 in rimmed pan, arrange bacon slices in single layer

Roast 8-9 minutes or until browned and crisp

Transfer to paper towel lined plate and set aside

Add asparagus to pan in a single layer (I cut mine in half). Roll in bacon grease for even coat

Sprinkle thyme and pepper on to asparagus

Roast 8-10 minutes or until asparagus spears are tender/browned

Crack eggs over asparagus (I put it into a bowl so I can measure the grams)

Return pan back to oven for 5 to 6 minutes. Or until eggs are cooked to your liking
