What you’ll need
A handful
Fresh Mint
2 Tbsp Turmeric
Fennel Seed
1 Tbsp Honey
A handful
Fresh Basil
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 teaspoon
Gooseberry Powder Or Fresh Gooseberry
1/2 Tsp Pepper
Ginger
Cumin 4 Tbsp
1teaspoon
Coriander seeds
Add 4 cups or 1 litre of water

Add all the ingredients and cook on a low flame to extract all botanical benifits benefits

Boil this until the quantity reduces to 1/2 a cup. About 20 mins on medium flame . Strain

Add jaggery (the low GI pre refined version of sugar) to sweeten :)
