• Get underneath the bar. • Make sure you line up your sternum with the bar and hip doesn’t dip.

Start movement by breathing out and squeezing your shoulder blades until your chest touches the bar.

Slowly go back down to starting position.

Other than pull-ups, this is one of the great back exercises to do to get strong. Keep practicing!
