What you’ll need
1 Cup Sautéed Red & Orange Bell Peppers
1 Quarter Tomato
Avocado Oil Spread
Salt (To Taste)
Dairy Free Pepper Jack Cheese
1/4 Cup Sliced Red Onions
1 Cup Watercress
1 Tbl. Green Olive & Almond Tapenade
1/2 Cup Sautéed Portobello Mushrooms
I Cup Artichoke Hearts
4 Garlic Cloves
Slice garlic and tomato then mix with artichoke, lemon juice and Tapenade.
Mix well and allow to marinate for a few min.
Using a serrated knife, slice bread into 2.
Now assemble sandwich!
Spread Avocado Oil onto top of sliced bread.
Place Sandwich into Panini Press & Cook until Bread is Toasted.
Slice & Enjoy!
