Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake oats, nuts, flaxseeds for about 8 minutes.

Combine honey, sugar, extract, coconut oil in sauce pan & simmer over med heat. Stir to dissolve.

Pour honey mixture in and stir until all of it is well coated.

Press mixture into 9”x9” baking dish lined w/ parchment paper. Use another piece to pack it down.

Let chill in refrigerator for about an hour before removing from dish and cutting into bars. Enjoy!
