Raisins

Maple Syrup
1 cup
1 cup of oats
1 tsp
Cinnamon
1 dessert spoon
Ground flax seeds
1 desert spoon
Almond Butter
2 cups
Oat milk
Cut in quarters and core the apple

Grate the apple pieces

In a mixing bowl, add oats

Add milk and stir well, to combine

Oops, forgot the maple syrup..

Transfer to a jar with lid

Store in fridge overnight!
