What you’ll need

Eggs
A few strands
Coriander/Cilantro

Fresh Tomatoes

Vegetable/Canola Oil

Sweet Onion
Spices - Cumin, Turmeric, Chilli Powder, Salt
Half cup
Green Peas
Wash the onion, vertically slice the onion into thin slices. Add a tea spoon of sugar and crush them

Chop tomatoes as shown

Slit the green chilies vertically as shown

Break the eggs into a bowl and start beating them

Beat them until they mix well

Now Take a saucepan, put 3 - 4 tablespoons of oil, let it heat and add Caramelized onions to it

Fry the onions until golden brown and add green peas to it and sauté well

After 2 - 3 min, Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan

After another minute, Add the slit green chilies too

Now, you add a pinch of salt, turmeric, chilli powder, cumin powder and sauté well till it softens

Add the eggs and start mixing

Garnish it with chopped coriander
