Let’s begin
Made with ground turkey
Kale, Brown Rice and Feta cheese
Beautiful colorful peppers, cleaned and tops off.
Sautéed ground turkey with dry spices.
Add your kale
Keep mixing till kale is wilted
Place your cooked brown rice in turkey kale mixture
Mix well
Add your feta cheese
Mix well
Start stuffing
Fill them up
Top with mozzarella cheese
Bake 350 for 50 minutes
Save your pepper tops to use for another dish
