Quick Cooker Jambalaya
Cut the onion and pepper into chunks and coarsely chop in the Manual Food Processor.
Chop the onion with no tears!
Pepper is next!
Set the Quick Cooker to SEAR and press START. Add the oil and heat for 3 minutes.
Add the vegetables and cook for 3–4 minutes.
Slice the chicken sausage with the Quick Slice and dice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the celery with the Quick Slice
Press the garlic with the Garlic Press
Add sausage and veggies and Cajun seasoning. Stir to coat.
Add the chicken to the inner pot...
...and rice...
...and broth...
...and fire roasted tomatoes...
Stir everything together. Lock the lid. Select the WHITE RICE setting and press START.
When the timer is up, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then press release button.
