Pumpkin Spice Latte Cheesecake
Process amaretti cookies to create crumbs for crust
Once crumbed the cookies get combined with pumpkin spice, melted butter and Kahlua
Cheesecake crust
Ready to get pressed into a springform pan
Cheesecake filling: ricotta, pumpkin spice cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and brown sugar
Pumpkin cream cheese is the secret ingredient
Combine all the ingredients in the food processor
Mixture is ready to be poured over the crust
Oven ready
Will bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes
Cheesecake after 55 minutes of baking
Cool at room temperature for 2 hours
Pumpkin spice whip cream to top the cheesecake
Spread the whip cream over the top of the cheesecake
Topped with cookies, macarons, cinnamon stick, pumpkin seed brittle and whites chocolate shavings
