Pumpkin Pasta 🎃 with Italian Sausage
Gather your ingredients! Less than $12 for 8 servings!
Cool bulk Italian sausage over medium heat for 6 minutes breaking it up with Mix N Chop.
Add 1 tsp thyme and cook for another 2 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink.
Cook pasta according to box directions.
When draining pasta make sure to reserve 1 cup pasta water to use as thickener in pumpkin sauce.
Add 1 can PURE pumpkin .
Then pour pasta water in slowly. Stir to combine and let simmer 2-3 minutes.
Pour over al Dante pasta.
Add parmesan cheese and stir to combine.
Serve immediately! 🎃
