Take a pan and dry roast the vermicelli until golden brown- You may even add a tea spoon of Ghee too

Keep the Vermicelli aside into another bowl when turns golden brown. Now add 4 cups of milk in a pan

Keep stirring until it bubbles and froths

Now add the dry roasted vermicelli and keep stirring

Add a cup of Sugar to the boiling vermicelli and keep stirring until the vermicelli turns soft.

While the vermicelli is boiling - Take another sauce pan and add a table spoon of Ghee

Add all the nuts to the hot ghee

Roast until golden brown

Add the nuts to the vermicelli

Give it a gentle stir and serve hot
