Paleo Skillet Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Hello!
Trim and slice the sprouts in half.
Toss the sprouts with really good olive oil
Place them cut side down in a cold skillet. Drizzle with more olive oil & let it seep underneath.
Cover the skillet. Cook over medium-high heat for about 5 mins.
Uncover and keep cooking for another 2-3 mins. until the cut sides are golden brown but not burnt.
Evenly browned & in deep golden brown color w/ little to no resistance when slides in a paring knife
Season w/ lemon juice, salt and pepper. Plus my Paleo Dairy-Free Parmesan Cheese!
Easy yummy. Perfect for holiday and everyday !
