Make Catalan Country Grilled Bread
Cut the ends off the bread and then cut down the middle lengthwise
Toast bread in an oven at 375 for five minutes or until crusty
Lightly smash garlic to remove paper without breaking the clove
Cut the tomatoes in half
Rub toasted bread with raw garlic cloves
Rub the bread with tomatoes
Drizzle with your best olive oil, salt and pepper
