Make 10 Min Hemp Cheez + Spinach Quesadillas
Blend the seeds, yeast, spices, flour, paste, garlic & 1 1/2 cups water on high until smooth.
Pour the hemp cheese blend into a hot sauce pan and start stirring.
Stir until thick and smooth, scraping the bottom and sides of the pan.
Add the thawed and drained spinach to the hemp cheese.
Stir the hemp cheese until well combined.
Layer the cheese between 2 tortillas and grill until slightly crisp and golden brown on both sides.
