Jam Good! Thumbprint Cookies
1 1/2 cups, pitted
Place dates and tahini in a high speed blender.
Blend until a thick dough forms.
Place dough into medium mixing bowl and add almond flour, using hands to mix together.
Form 12 cookies and use your thumb to create a bowl shape in the center of each cookie.
Fill each cookie with a teaspoon (ish) of your favorite jam and bake at 350F for 12 minutes.
Cool on pan for 10 minutes then...
