How To Shape Pierogis
First, chill your filling and roll it into 1 tsp balls.
Then, roll out your dough and cut it into 2.25” circles.
Place the filling in the middle of a dough round and fold the dough around it, pinching at the top.
Continue pinching around both sides to seal shut.
Do one last set of pinches to make sure it’s all sealed and press out any air bubbles.
Finally, gently flatten it into a half moon shape.
