How To Make A Red Velvet Cake
Cream your butter, sugar and oil together until light in colour and fluffy
Add your eggs and beat on a medium speed until combined
On a low speed add in your Red food colouring, white vinegar & vanilla extract
Alternate adding in your flour mixture and buttermilk (always start and finish with your flour)
Beat your mixture on low until just combined. Divide your mixture into your cake pans and bake ❤️
