Garlic Chaat Masala Smashed Potatoes

Boil potatoes until tender.

Strain potatoes.

Add oil, garlic ginger paste, chaat masala, salt, pepper and give it all a good mix.

Line the boiled, seasoned potatoes on a parchment lined baking sheet and smash with a fork.

Brush the leftover seasoned oil over the potatoes and broil until golden crispy for 5 to 7 minutes.

Lay the cooked smashed potatoes in a serving dish.

Garnish with grape tomatoes, radishes, cilantro, feta cheese & red pepper flakes.

Top with an avocado, drizzle of lemon juice and sprinkle more red chili flakes.
