Create A Charcuterie Board
First things first...
Separate your board into sections with an attractive garnish, like arugula.
Place your cheese and meats on the board.
Put some small pickled foods for an array of flavor and maybe a sweet spread, like honey or jam.
Ohhh, he’s so fancy huh! You don’t have to fire roast yours. But grapes are a great addition.
A little carbs, crackers, cookies or crostinis add your last bit of texture and flavor.
BTW today is Wine and Cheese Day! So come down to Louie Oliver’s. Try our charcuterie board!
