Chocolate Covered Tahini Stuffed Dates
Grab your Tahini and your dates!
Slice the dates in half on one side, not all the way through
Slice them all half way, but not all the way through
Prep a baking sheet with parchment paper to stick the Tahini stuffed dates in the freezer
Stuff the dates with as much Tahini as you prefer
Place them on the prepared baking tray and freeze for 15-30 minutes
Melt your chocolate chips + coconut oil over low heat until it’s a thick liquid
Break up the coconut oil and stir it into the chocolate with a wooden spoon
See, it gets there...
Pour/drizzle your chocolate sauce over your frozen Tahini stuffed dates
Sprinkle them with sesame seeds!
