Cashew Caesar
Place 1 cup raw cashews in blender.
Add 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.
Add 1 cup filtered water.
Add 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice.
Add 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar.
Add 4 tablespoons nutritional yeast.
Add 2 teaspoons dijon mustard.
Add 3 cloves garlic.
Add black pepper and chili flakes.
Blend until creamy.
Store in a glass airtight container. Pour over greens and enjoy!!
