Hi Guys!

Vegetable

6" Chef Knife
Cutting board

Dish Cloth
Place damp dishcloth under cutting board to prevent slipping.

Wash veggies.

Hold knife at a 25 degree angle. Begin to cut on that angle.

Trim the edge of your vegetable.

Cut 1/4" slices lengthwise of your vegetable.

Now you have your Julianne cut!
