Baked pears with pecan honey oat crumble.
Cut 2 pears into halves and scoop out insides.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet.
Prepare filling: Mash half a banana. Add a handful of pecans + cinnamon.
Add some oats, a tbsp of honey and a sprinkle of sea salt.
Fill in the insides of the pears and drizzle extra honey.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
Eat on its own or with some yogurt / ice cream.
