Chicken Mix
2 cups, seasoned with salt, pepper, 7 spice mix
Chopped Potatoes
1 lb -Ground beef, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, pepper, 7 spice mix
Meatballs

Basmati Rice

3 tbsp Salt, 1 tbsp. pepper, 2 tbsp 7 spice mix, 1 tsp. turmeric

Slivered Almonds
1/3 cup, soaked in water

Biryani Toppings
On medium/high heat - add chicken with salt, pepper, and 7 spice mix and cover

Flip chicken, add water, and cover until cooked through

Chicken should have a nice crisp on it like this

Chop chicken breasts

Mix beef well with minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and 7 spice mix.

Fry in oil until browned and cooked through

Meatballs should be browned like this

Fry potatoes until golden and crisp

Fry peas for 40 seconds

Sauté the raisins for 30 seconds

Toast the almonds until fragrant

Sauté rice and spices in oil on high heat. Add water and bring to a boil. Then lower heat and cover

Let cook until water is absorbed. Then fluff gently with a spoon
