What you’ll need
100% Pure Pumpkin
Ground Nutmeg
Almond milk
Ground Nutmeg
Cinnamon
Agave
Cut a small pumpkin lengthwise and roast on 400 for 45 min. You can totally use canned pumpkin too!

Scoop all the seeds out. You can rinse and save the seeds later for seasoning

Add 1 cup almond, coconut or cashew milk to your saucepan on LOW. Add 1-2 tbsp pumpkin flesh

Add your favorite spices, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, nutmeg, allspice, etc!

Bring all ingredients to a boil. Add splash of agave and then cover and let simmer for 10-15min.

Pour into mason jar and refrigerate. Will keep up to 5 days!
