Add chicken and marinade to foil-lined baking sheet.
Cover and marinade for 2-24 hours
Bring chicken to room temperature and preheat oven to 200C. Roast for 30 mins and 20 mins uncovered
Cover chicken thighs in sauce, top with parsley and serve.
