Base lies on the floor. Flyer jumps into Star (aka shoulder stand on feet)

From star, flyer stags one leg, puts weight in bases hands + pikes down. Base takes flyer’s shin.

Flyer brings straight leg through + base catches behind knee. Flyer transfers weight + wraps foot.
3
Base brings free foot to the secrum. Flyer leans back + flips the hand grip.
4
Flyer shifts weight to hands, base removes foot from the knee, placing it under shoulder, star pose.
